NFA Ethics Training

Overview

Since 2001, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) has required firms under its jurisdiction to provide ethics training to their associated persons. The National Futures Association (NFA) also offers guidance on this. This course covers NFA’s ethics training requirements, focusing on minimum standards and compliance programs.
