2020-2022 Alaska Advertising and Social Media


Effective advertising persuades people to act, and social media has become a critically important tool to help licensees sell homes, find clients, and grow their brands online. However, real estate licensees must always ensure that their advertising and social media usage complies with Alaska's rules and regulations. This course explains Alaska's advertising requirements for consumer-owned and licensee-owned property and home offices, and explores different strategies for effectively utilizing social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

This course is mandatory for the 2020-2022 cycle and has been approved for the designated continuing education course on advertising and social media.
