Homeowners 2022: What Changed?

Overview

In March 2021, Insurance Services Office, Inc. (ISO) announced the filing of its new 2022 countrywide homeowners program. The core coverages of the ISO 2022 homeowners forms remain essentially the same as that of the 2011 forms. However, the format of the new policy forms has changed, and the definitions and various coverage provisions in all sections of the policy have been added, deleted, modified, or fine-tuned. This course highlights significant changes between the 2011 and 2022 homeowners policies that can have a significant effect on coverage.
