Homeowners Policy: Key Property and Liability Coverages - CLEQ

Overview

Most eligible residential dwellings are insured under a homeowners policy that combines property and liability insurance into a single policy. Effective March 1, 2022, the Insurance Services Office, Inc. (ISO), introduced a new 2022 program that made substantive changes to the standard nationwide homeowners forms. This course focuses on the coverages provided under the 2011 and 2022 homeowners policies, paying particular attention to what has changed and how the policies can be modified to meet specific insured needs.
