Overview

This course offers an overview of the OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens standard. It will describe various bloodborne pathogens, such as hepatitis B and HIV/AIDS, and how to effectively prevent transmission. In addition, this course presents signs to look for and how to properly clean and react to a bloodborne pathogen incident if it occurs. Finally, proper recordkeeping techniques are discussed to assure proper compliance.
