Homeowners Policy: Key Property and Liability Coverages (CO)

Overview

Most residential dwellings are covered by a homeowners policy that includes both property and liability insurance. On March 1, 2022, the Insurance Services Office (ISO) introduced significant changes to the standard homeowners forms. This course examines the coverages under the 2011 and 2022 policies, highlighting the changes and how to tailor them to specific needs.
