Cultural Competency for Real Estate Professionals

Overview

The United States is increasingly becoming a melting pot of people from around the world, from different cultures, religions, and ethnicities, and the country's demographic make-up is changing. This diversity brings opportunities for real estate professionals to grow their businesses and address changing consumer needs. In this course, you'll learn critical tips and techniques about customs, cross-cultural communication, and business practices and how to avoid unintentional blunders that may insult clients or trigger discrimination lawsuits. By opening your mind to new cultural ideas and perspectives, you will be able to more effectively serve a diverse marketplace of clients.
