Legal Update II (2022-2023)

The Canons of Professional Ethics and Conduct continue to offer guiding principles to Texas real licensees. This 3-hour Legal Update II reviews those Canons along with their practical application. Water and mineral rights along with ad valorem taxes round out the topics of discussion and review.
