There are several different types of professional relationships that Alaska real estate licensees can form with members of the public--notably, representation, neutral licensee, designated licensee, and special assistance. Each of these relationships is defined by law and comes with different responsibilities. This course presents an overview of these relationships, the duties owed and not owed to consumers, and the duration of licensee relationships. It also explains the requirement to timely present the Alaska Real Estate Consumer Disclosure.
