Overview

The concept of ethics plays an important role in real estate brokerage and underpins much of the activity conducted by licensees. Upholding their duties to clients and consumers, ensuring confidentiality,, and ethically handling multiple offers, negotiations, and conflicts of interest are all important responsibilities that require licensees to act with the utmost integrity. This course presents a practical overview of real estate ethics and examines numerous case studies that highlight behavior that does--and does not--comply with Alaska rules and regulations.
