This core course covers the relationships between agents and buyers in real estate transactions, detailing the four statutory relationships, their formation, changes, and the agent’s duties throughout the transaction. It fulfills the three-hour mandatory core course requirement for all Maine license types.

Objectives

  • Recognize when the solicitation period ends and the relationship begins
