Overview

The six-hour Tennessee Real Estate Commission (TREC) Residential Core Course provides a detailed overview of the rules, regulations, and issues relating to practicing real estate in Tennessee. It explains recent updates to Tennessee laws and policies related to real estate as well as TREC's guidelines for agency, advertising, contracts and disclosures, property management, and principal broker supervision. The course covers all aspects of doing business as a real estate licensee in the state.
