2023 LREC Mandatory

The LREC 2023 Mandatory course is designed to help real estate licensees understand recent changes to the Residential Agreement to Buy or Sell, the Property Condition Disclosure document, and the Agency Disclosure and Dual Agency Disclosure documents. The course concludes with a discussion of two areas in which many license law violations occur: advertising and misrepresentation.
