Communications Rules and Regulations for the Wholesaler


As a wholesaler, you are expected to be familiar with FINRA rules surrounding your communications and advertising activities. This course discusses those rules, including any approval, review and recordkeeping requirements, filing requirements, and any standards prescribed.
