Overview
This course covers a municipal adviser’s primary role, the services the municipal adviser provides, and how services are designed to reduce the work that municipalities would otherwise incur in designing, implementing, and negotiating the sale of securities. It also reviews a municipal adviser's fiduciary responisbility.
