What are the ethical responsibilities of a licensee in the practice of real estate? What are the statutory requirements for property managers? This course will answer those questions and more. The purpose of this continuing education course is to provide a thorough discussion of the standards of conduct and practice including the responsibilities of the broker and their licensees regarding property management, advertising, and general supervision.
