Overview

What are the ethical responsibilities of a licensee in the practice of real estate? What are the statutory requirements for property managers? How do you advertise property without running afoul of Fair Housing Housing laws? What are a broker's duties and responsibilities in the operation of a real estate firm? This course will answer those questions and more. The purpose of this continuing education course is to provide a thorough discussion of the standards of conduct and practice including the responsibilities of the broker and their licensees regarding property management, advertising, and general supervision.

This course meets three hours of Commission-approved required continuing education.
