Overview

The 2022-2024 Connecticut Real Estate Agency Law course is the three-hour mandatory course that all Connecticut real estate licensees must complete to renew their license. The course reviews the important topics of agency rules and regulations, why buyers might use escalation clauses, and the risks to both buyers and sellers of using buyer love letters. The course also explores Connecticut's rules governing audio and video surveillance when showing properties and describes recent updates to the state's requirements governing teams and advertising.
