When does Montana Real Estate CE have to be completed?

10/31 annually

Can Real Estate CE courses be repeated?

Courses cannot be repeated more than once in a 1 year license term.

Can Real Estate CE course hours carry over to the next renewal cycle?

Excess hours may not be carried forward to the next license term.

What is the Montana Real Estate license renewal process?

Renewal opens 60 days prior to your expiration date. All continuing education hours must be completed prior to submission of your license renewal with the Board of Realty Regulation.

What are the WebCE Montana Real Estate CE course requirements?

WebCE courses are classified as online distance education courses.
Students must complete the course and answer each set of end-of-chapter quizzes with a score of at least 60 percent.
Final exams are not required for continuing education.
If the end-of-chapter quizzes are not passed on the first attempt, students have an unlimited number of retakes.

What is the access period for WebCE Montana Real Estate CE courses?

12 months from the original date of purchase, unless otherwise posted on the course description page and student dashboard.

How often does WebCE report Montana Real Estate CE course completions?

WebCE does not report CE credit to the Board of Realty Regulation.

Does WebCE supply a certificate of completion for Montana Real Estate CE courses?

Online PDF certificates of completion are available to print immediately after the course is completed.

What are the Montana Real Estate CE requirements for non-residents?

Non-residents must complete Montana's continuing education requirements.

Are there any CE exemptions?

No continuing education is required for salesperson licensees who are licensed less than 12 months on their first renewal.
