Note: Provisional sales associates must complete 45 hours of post-licensing education courses within one year of initial licensure for license renewal. WebCE does not currently offer post-licensing courses for Oklahoma.

Note: All licensees are required to take 1 hour of Deed Theft continuing education by November 1, 2028.

Broker Associate and Sales Associates

• Broker Relationships Act (BRA): 1 CE hour
• Code and Rules (CAR): 1 CE hour
• Fair Housing (FHR): 1 CE hour
• Hot topic (HOT): 1 CE hour
• Professional Conduct (PSC): 3 CE hours
• Contracts and Forms (CON): 6 CE hours
• Deed Theft: 1 CE hour
• Electives: 16 CE hours

Branch Broker, Broker Proprietor and Managing Broker

• Broker-In-Charge Course: 15 CE hours
• Contracts and Forms (CON): 6 CE hours
• Deed Theft: 1 CE hour
• Electives: 8 CE hours

Any Broker who holds or has held a license type of Broker Manager (BM), Proprietor Broker (BP), or Branch Broker (BB) during any portion of their current license term are required to successfully complete the Broker in Charge course as approved by the Commission consisting of fifteen (15) clock hours, or its equivalent, as approved by the Commission, each license term. WebCE does not currently offer the 15-hour Broker in Charge course.

Every three years within the initial month of licensure.

Courses cannot be repeated more than once in a 3 year license term.

• WebCE courses are classified as online education courses.
• Students must read the course material and answer each set of end-of-chapter quizzes before taking an open-book, non-monitored final exam.
• Exam passing score: 75%
• If the final exam is not passed on the first attempt, students have an unlimited number of retakes.

12 months from the original date of purchase, unless otherwise posted on the course description page and student dashboard.

Every business day to the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission. It takes up to 10 business days from the time we report your hours before the Commission updates their website.

Online PDF certificates of completion are available to print immediately after the final exam is passed.

Non-resident licensees that maintain a current license in another state must complete 8 CE hours every three years.
Hours must include each of the following:

• Oklahoma Broker Relationship Act: 1 CE hour
• Oklahoma Code and Rules: 1 CE hour
• Oklahoma Contracts and Forms: 6 CE hours
