My Request to Know, Obtain, Correct, or Delete My Personal and Sensitive Information.

Please read the Privacy and Data Rights to learn what kinds of information we collect from you and why we do so. Here are some things you should know before we process your request:

• WebCE does not sell customer information. 
• WebCE does not share customer information with anyone who is not essential to a transaction that you authorize us to perform in order to serve you. 
• WebCE does not share customer information with anyone who is not authorized by law to request this information from us.
• We will search our records for any information we have collected from you over the past 12 months. 
• You may submit a request with respect to your information up to two times each year.
• If you want us to delete your information and close your account, we will delete all information from your account except for information that we are required by law or court order to retain. This means that we will no longer be able to identify your purchases, your payments, the courses you took or completed, or the Certificates of Completion you earned. We recommend that you keep copies of your Certificates of Completion in case you need them after we delete your information. If we delete your information and you want to order from us again in the future, you will need to create a new account with us. We will not be able to restore any information that was previously deleted.  

If, after reading the Privacy and Data Rights, you still have a request about your Personal Information, please complete the form below. If you are making this request as the authorized representative of someone else, we need that person’s signed written permission or that of the person’s guardian or executor for you to make this request, and you must send a copy of the signed permission to [email protected]. 

Account Information:

We will respond to your request to know or provide the PI we have collected from you or shared about you within 45 calendar days of your request. We will delete your PI within 45 calendar days of your request. If we need more time (another 45 days), we will let you know that within 45 days of your request. 

Opting Out: If you want to opt out of the use of your Personal Information for marketing purposes, please uncheck the appropriate box on your profile page.
