I enjoyed this course a lot, and I liked the option of audio to text! It reinforces the material!

I think it would be very helpful to have a course that is 6 credits and is specific for that year to meet the IAR requirements. Courses can be labeled "2025 IAR", "2026 IAR", etc. I have been running into taking the same course from several years ago and not realizing it. This way I would absolutely know I have not taken it yet and it will count for the IAR requirement. Thank you!

excellent coursework

I am a little disappointed that to get 1 hour of CE it took 1 hour and 40 minutes! I had the script read to me so I could listen and it actually took that long. Content was much heavier and more in depth than any other AML training that I have had. Maybe if you are going to have so much content you should give 1 1/2 or two hours of CE credit.

duplicate courses are not counted toward fulfillment of annual CE requirements, so new courses need to be added for me to use WEBCE in the future

It seemed like some of the content was more appropriate for the compliance department at a firm vs an individual IAR.

It would be a huge learning opportunity to be able to see the questions I got wrong and know the correct answers. I feel like we are punishing the majority of people who just want to learn for the few bad apples that would use this information to cheat. I know that's not WebCE's fault - just providing feedback. While not the fault of the course, being buried in acronyms makes it far more confusing than it should need to be. This is likely a problem of governance, not course structure.

actually the format is very basic in text form. would be better to be more interactive with use of graphics, audio, etc. It's manageable to achieve the objective but boring.

The final exam is too difficult

I thought the exams were horrible . Confusing verbiage.

Please consider re-phrasing the exam questions. Several were 'which of the following are/were NOT..." and utilizing the negative is an extra challenge for some individuals with learning challenges

This was a terrible experience. Probably one of the worst continued education courses. There were no interactive elements or videos.

i have used WebCE for CE & other courses for many years. I am always satisfied with the content and programs.

There are many grammatical and spelling errors in the content

This should have been a 3 hour course based on the time to listen to the audio and read additional info and then take the test.

QUESTIONS WERE NOT AS CLEAR AS I WOULD HAVE LIKED

Several questions on the final exam were poorly worded. The use of the double-negative to identify an answer that doesn't fit is grammatically challenging and does not necessarily reflect the understanding achieved. A better way of asking these questions: "Which of the following is NOT an acceptable method of non-documentary identity verification" vs "Of the allowable options discussed in this course which of these were not discussed as a method of non-documentary identity verification".

I appreciate the formalities & expect there needs to be a certain amount of vernacular used but please make it more "real world" & better understandable instead of using five dollar words when five cent words will do. I'm not saying to make the content easier, just make it easier for the user to understand what the heck is being said. Sorry but the education system is not getting better which means you must adapt to society or you will not have much use for your services if nobody uses your services because they find it difficult to understand. I'm simply trying to help you succeed with your business model in the world we live in today. Thank you for your consideration in this matter.

no where in the sign up process did it identify or state that the package option would possibly include content from previous years, and therefore, be ineligible - as I understand it is....

For those not working directly in Compliance, I think a 'lighter' version could give a more abbreviated yet sufficiently informative base of knowledge.
