I had used Kaplan last year and the material was awful. This first course I took (need 23 more credit hours) was easy to use and navigate. I did not use the audio...I read faster than they talk.

The test is too long
This was my first time taking CE classes. It was very straightforward and easy to understand.
Thought provoking on the importance of ethical behavior in general and in my professional practice.
Simplifying some of the explanations is suggested; ACTUALLY PROVIDING THE WEBSTER DEFINITION of some of the terms and referencing them as well. Course good but too long and slightly biased with certain phrases again elderly,. please review that. NOT all older people are cognitively impaired and please reference the statements on cognitive impairment that you use.

Your course and layout were great. Feedback to the requirements would be an unnecessary waste of time. Perhaps individuals should be required for the first 5 or 10 years, or every 5 or 10 years, but certainly useless after that. If you are able to pass along to the governing bodies.

The course was repetitive and could have easily been shortened. The scenarios presented were too obvious in the answer; more challenging examples would be beneficial.

The first section of this material was very difficult to get through. It felt as though it was written by a college philosophy professor and was overly theoretical. I generally like philosophical discussions, but that first portion of the course made my head throb.

the website does not show if a course will be accepted by the IAR, so I needed to call your support to have them look for courses that will be accepted by the IAR

I have always used WebCE for my CE's and I am always extremely pleased. Customer Service is amazing and the formats are excellent.
The information is good, but is very bland and boring. There needs to be more videos, scenarios, etc instead of just lengthy reading
The text seemed unnecessarily lengthy. At least one of the test questions was difficult to understand, by reason of its poor wording.

I liked the fact that I could go back and review all the previous sections.
This was a comprehensive ethics course. The only minor issue was that the read-it-to-me function blanked out a couple of times, but was restored at the beginning of the next section.

Easy to read & understand
WebCE courses are generally above the level offered by several competitors (IMO). For this course regarding insurance sales in the senior market, I was "not impressed" with the use of a Latin phrase "caveat vendor", as opposed to "caveat emptor"- I doubt that the demographics of those entering or becoming insurance sales professionals includes a background in Latin (just not taught in public schools anymore and a trend I have noticed in dictionaries, including those aimed at collegiate markets, is not to include the origins of the words or phrases. I found this to be ironic in this course where we are intended to become more aware of the need to meet clients at their level and explain terminology, etc. The course examples were predominantly financial life products in the scenarios, etc. I do believe that producers can have significant issues and increased liability when offering these products, so it's not a bad way to go, but this is an ethics course for serving a specific demographic and I would have welcomed more scenarios that involved other types of products. Overall, the course was enjoyable and I give high KUDOS to the inclusion of a glossary and the intended review of terms such as churning, twisting, etc. Especially for new producers, this is important for them to remember and recognize illegal or unethical practices, especially when a field trainer assigned to them may have slipped into an unethical norm. Over the decades I have relicensed, few courses do a level of review of terms learned in pre-licensing and I have learned to appreciate those that do and tend to seek out classes where "the basics" are reviewed (even if only as questions to be answered in a quiz). Thanks for reading this, while I have continued my license throughout two decades of working for state government, I am now contemplating appointing again in retirement. I am pleased to see that this author sees a growing trend to best practices for each potential customer, it's not all about sales, it's about dignity and inclusion and ethical practices. Hooray!

THE COURSE WAS EASY TO UNDERSTAND & NAVIGATE
When reading a Scenario, I often forget who is who. It would be helpful if a picture of a face is next to a name that I can see throughout reading and going through the scenario.

The previous course that I took, the audio automatically started each time I went to the next page. I checked the settings and desired to have the same thing with this one. However, each time I moved to the next screen I had to manually start the audio.

The material was written in a more complicated method than was necessary to make it various points. I am 71 so maybe i am whom the course is describing in some ways. But I am glad that this issue is being address as these the folks I deal with most frequently in all areas of my life.

A couple of final questions were not real clear in what you were asking. I had to hope I was interpreting the question correctly. The test was reasonable and did not include irrelevant trivia or useless detail.

Very professional
through my employer I had ExamX and it was awful. I invested my own money in WebCe because it works and I keep the knowledge. I also have no issue passing the test. I would appreciate videos or interactive learning. I am hands on. But also understand, that may not be possible.

I really like the audio version of it. The only thing I found frustrating is I would be listening to section that is 15 minutes or longer and the system would time out and I would have to log in and then get the audio where it was at before. I was listening even though I didn't touch my screen. Beyond that, awesome course.

It would be more realistic to add verbiage, and scenarios pertaining to Medicare Supplements, Medicare advantage. Long-term care, and final expense in this training as it is Ethics dealing with Seniors and these would be more practical. Most all of the scenarios in this training dealt with Financial planners, and Registered Reps.

Proper issues addressed in course .
Read it to me Audio is the best thing you did for your study format. It allowed me to multi-task while listening to the audio of the lesson. These lessons are extremely long for the actual credits given. Please narrow them down a bit. Soooo enduring and extended. Would like to see shorter lessons. Thank you. The audio is the only saving grace that makes them doable.

I think this CE course is easy to understand. I have looked at other CE companies but decided to use WebCE again. This is my 4th time using.
When I first started the course, the computer narrator was very hard to follow; choppy and mono toned. However, within a few minutes of listening I was able to focus and enjoy what I was hearing. The material was of great substance ; the course was very pertinent to insurance ethics. I actually enjoyed the course. Thank you!
You have a grammar problem in that the sentence structure in some sentences creates reading difficulty. A good editor could solve the problem.
eliminate close but not right tricky answer choices
Course objectives for cognitive learning at this level should start with a verb such as identify, define, explain, describe. Otherwise, the course content was clearly written. Test items were well written. Just unsure if the test items map back to the course objectives.
