This course was lengthy for the amount of credits (.5) received and the questions were often vague and poorly worded.

The practice exams and the final exam were completely different so the focus was somewhat skewed as to what to expect.

course was fine but the exam was terrible. The grammar and wording were awful.

This is the one course I really had problems with. The course should have been a PDF if it wasn't going to cover half of the questions on my first exam.

Enhance the presentation of dry material. Reduce the maximum number of cases that enhance a particular set of teaching points to three. Add number of slides counter

Not all instructional videos allowed me to speed up the audio/presentation.

I find it useful to have a PDF available to use while following along, which some of your other courses have. This one did not and I believe it would benefit from a PDF.

This particular course does not seem to be enhanced like the 2 previous ones I just completed. I wish the audio allowed for increased speed (like the 2 previous courses). I am able to read about 2x as fast as the audio on this course.

Poorly written answers to several of the questions

This comment isn't about the course necessarily, but I did want to give a shout out to the customer service rep (Ben) who answered my questions via chat in such a succinct, efficient way that I did decide to purchase a WebCE credit package just today, and this is my first course. I hope that Ben was a real person and not some AI generated 'help person'. Thank you.

I called and had great direction of where to go register for what I needed. Since I already had the 6 hrs through RegEd, your WebCE did not know that. Maybe have access to what IARs already have and what they still need. Thanks

who cares what the rule number is. How about knowing the rule. is it more important to remember what suitability is or the rule number? what a dumb question. As long as i know the rule number i should be good?

Some of the specific words like spoof and tort should have had parenthesis next to them with a brief definition as a review . I did refresh the meaning and looked it up but time would have been saved otherwise.

This course was poorly written with omissions and unnecessarily long sentences with unclear meaning (e.g. like a student running out of things to say in a 500 word essay assignment).

Compared to the other 5.5 CE hours for IAR Ethics this 0.5 hours was delivered inefficiently and did not reflect 0.5 hours. More like 1.5-2 hours.

Case examples were repetitive and not helpful. Were the same kind of examples used over and over again to scare me? All of the content for five exam questions was silly. How about 10 questions.

Almost did not take the exam as there was no EXAM link at the end of the course.

The content was fraught with grammatical errors and incorrect word choice e.g. in the ponzi scheme example...investors were told to sell their investors. The wording for the exam questions were unclear.

I believe that the use of double-negative questions creates a misleading set of premise. These should be excluded or revised.

EVERY course should have the ability to adjust audio/video playback speed. Do NOT waste my time with a slow speed.

Text to Voice is difficult to listen to. I have a LONG day of digital voices ahead of me.

Did not prefer this testing vs the others taken in this bundle.

The course material needs to be reviewed by an editor. There were a few mistakes in the verbiage.

The question I missed could be misleading.. and I selected it because it could be inferred that one was attempting to make a prediction of how one's account may perform... which is always a bad thing to do.

The AI voice is not enjoyable to listen to. Please do a real voiceover of the course content. It would also be helpful to have a speed multiplier button on the content so we can listen faster. Lastly, the only test question I missed was unclear - I am very surprised using cartoons with clients was considered the correct answer.

Would like to be able to control the speed of the video.

The video was helpful over other courses that I have taken in the past but would be far more engaging if it was read by an actual person as opposed to an AI-generated computer voice that frequently mispronounces words and skips punctuation.

I used chat to ask about read-it-to-me feature. Response was helpful.

There was some redundancy for this pretty straightforward subject, but I realize a "full half hour" did need to be filled.

This course did not allow for me to speed up the voice reading. That is very helpful.

Please make your website more user friendly and functional. It did not recognize our employer had already prepaid the courses. Also, I ended up buying more course than I needed

For starters, this course seemed way longer than .5 hours. Maybe because it was so boring. The long list of cases at the end of the last two chapters were just tedious. Lastly, there was no option to turn off the audio. Your AI generated reader is so poor, it is embarrassing

The computer generated voice was not at all life-like...seemed to pause at incorrect places in the text...and ran words together.

On the quiz, the answers were sometime unclear. I understood the question but a potential answer was sometimes not clear in way written.
