I disliked the large section on trading securities terminology that was included in Chapter 8. The course seemed close to completion, then this long section was remaining to be completed at the end of the course.
Course content was too long and invloved for a 2 credit course. It was parallel to the Series 7 exam.
This was a great course, but for 2 credits, very long! I am retired but keeping designations (via CE and annual fees), and have taken these types of course for decades. Very good detailed content on "everything" you could possibly want to know regarding the type of course it is. Maybe could've been just a bit more condensed and hit maybe 80% of what was in here (ie. shorter material on things that "most" advisors and agents will hardly ever use in their careers).
This is very long. But good to listen to. It is all stuff we should all know. So good to listen to while working.
Course resource was succinct and educational providing basic industry information in a brief revision version.
There are many simplifications as well as a number of errors or outdated information in the materials.
Well done -
some questions in this exam were were worded terribly.
The auto play did not work consistently, which was disappointing. I tried it on two browsers with the same issue. I more often than not had to hit play for it to actually play, instead of auto-play functioning.
Text to speech function is the best! Thanks
Amount of detailed materials was excessive for a two credit course and questions were either completely obvious or very tricky
great so far!
With all this large volume of material, some of your questions are "trick questions" are not fair to ask test takers too remember unimportant minutia questions. Stick with big picture questions that mean much more to reinforce to us not "ticky tack" obscure numbers that are easy to forget!!!!
too much detail related to stock purchases, margin accounts seemed unrelated to title of course
WebCE is very well organized and materials reflect key learning objectives very well.
One thing I disliked that if I wanted to go back to the top of the section I was in I couldn't had to go back then 'NEXT', I liked the audio, I'm an audio learner.
