The minimum time requirements is frustrating when the minimum amount of time required is more than the amount of time required to review the content even with the auto reader on. The constant pop ups throughout an active course requiring you to re-certify before you can save are also frustrating. The course itself and the content is great but there should be enough to fill the minimum time required if the auto reader is enabled at normal speed.

Reduce the questions, they should not be that long. Also, the questions need clarity as some were confusing

The contents of the course were very helpful and easy to understand

When using the dictation, it came up less than the 5 hours needed for me to take the test. It took me 4:20 and yet I couldnt start the test till the 5 hour mark. So I had to restart the course just to hit the 5 hour

only suggestion is i see we now have to wait the full amount of time to take the exam. I have been in the industry for 43 years and can answer all the questions without reading any of the material. Is there a way to speed up the time to take the exam?

I finished the course early but still had to wait to take the final exam. Why?

Everything was great, just have 2 opportunites: 1-The minimum amount of time requried isn't met when you are following the instructions and listening to every module. I had to repeat sections just to get the timing met. 2-Is would be nice if I set volume to low and move to next module that it remembers I set the volume to low. It is very loud every time I move to the next section.

I enjoyed this course especially the step by step claim investigation process.

This is one of the "best" courses you have in that it is more direct & less complex in the wording / phraseology utilized in getting points across. I don't use the "read it to me audio anymore because it puts one to sleep (and I read faster than that) The ability to review materials regarding certain subjects is most appreciated.

I read faster than the time required. I am also experienced. Why do I have to be in the course for as long as you say I should be if I am faster than the content?

The recording of the lesson only lasted roughly four hours, but the required time for the student to spend on the class is five hours. I did not speed up the lessons or skip sections. The test took roughly 30 minutes.

What I liked was the interactions "please pause and review the exercise or table" those were fun. But what I dislike is that the final Exam questions were a bit tougher than the quizzes taken after each learning sessions. If worded differently, that can be confusing because you've already learned it one way and then it gets worded a different way on the Exam. A lot of questions after each learning session were not even asked on the final exam. Just my thoughts. Since I handle COV B personal property inventory only, it would be great for you to come up with courses for specifically that and interacting with the name insureds. Thank you kindly.

I did no like the exam at the end. I prefer a smaller exam for each chapter instead of waiting until the end for everything.

There's a question with an error. The question is about the old lady in the wheel chair with memory loss. It should say Thomas but instead it says Michael. There's no Michael in the question. I think this was on a quiz, not the final exam

Having to sit in this course for 5 hours before you are allowed to take the exam is ridiculous. The minimum time invested should be less, especially if you can score 100%.

Course was great, but the were a couple of scenario questions I would dispute. ne example: how can someone report a claim (first timer) it gave multiple answers that applied. e-mail and internet, but I picked one over the other and came out incorrect. Just food for thought. :)

The timing of the course is short. It often takes my entire 8 hour day to get through 5 hours according to your timer.

Disliked: the vocal reading was too fast. When I tried to control the speed by dropping down to the lower speed (it was actually the lowest speed), it was too slow.

The inability to review incorrect answers after the Exam is a real missed opportunity to learn from mistakes. And the excuse that "rules of the regulatory authority" do not permit it sounds rather vague and made up.

Did not like the fact that I had to follow the complete allotted time in order to take exam. People read faster than others and should be able to take the exam when they are ready.
