I like everything. The only thing I did not like was that when I saved the material. When I log out have to start all over from the beginning to continue with the course. That's time-consuming.

The last exam grade was not correct. There were 5 questions which I got correct, but the grade was 94%.
The material was presented in a way (multiple ways) that it made it easy for me to learn and retain. I appreciate the context and examples used (story questions) as I personally retain information better that way. Which translated to taking the test and retaining the knowledge!! Thank you!!

I was informed about the proctor monitoring requirements for this course after I paid for it. They have to be disclosed before, not after.
The course takes way longer than the time claimed on the Course. In order to get anything substantial out of it, and not just gloss over the material, one needs to spend about 150% of the claimed time for the course(s) in general. This is perfectly fine, except for planning and CE hours. Still, another good course. Thank you.
I like the audio but sometimes he pronounce words incorrectly that throws me off a bit. The way he says numbers is not always correct.
Material was very good, seemed as if the 12 hour class could have been broken into 2 classes.

It was a little confusing at the end. I was reviewing the question that I missed and the page went away. I am not able to get the right answer. Also, I was disappointed that I am not able to go back into the course to see if there are any further instructions or information about the appendix. I did get the download of the course but am wondering about the right answer and the appendix.

The detailed description of taxation of different annuity types was excellent information that had not been included in any other CE courses I have taken.

Thorough, thoughtful, comprehensive coverage. 2 note: Just a suggestion on the Annuity Course Section 5.4: Add “IRS” to the sentences with “penalty” references. These are IRS penalties, NOT Insurance carrier penalties. It’s implied, but there’s a ton of info here and may be confusing to some people, as carrier penalties are discussed in previous sections. Also a ? – in Section 5.6 you state that annuities become part of one’s estate. BUT annuities have NAMED BENEFICIARIES, and should bypass probate. Are you saying that even though they avoid probate, they do become part of one’s estate? Thank you!

The material was too broad.
The content included real life scenarios and examples that helped me to understand the concepts. I also loved the option to have the content read to me, and the short quizzes and the end of each section. I also appreciated being able to see the explanations to the questions I answered wrong. It was beneficial to be able to retake/re-answer some of the interactive questions.
Long 5-hr course, but took just over 4 hrs to compete thanks to print format. Good info for someone who has written life pols for 20 plus yrs. Thanks. 1 bad experience w/another class thus lower "recommend" score - see Ethics.
The audio presentation was difficult to use. Sentences and parenthetical pauses were "run on" and difficult to follow.
For packages making the specific learning material better known because i almost purchased a 24 hour course material without knowing i only had to pick the 4 hour because it wasnt shown initially i only had to do 1

The Curriculum was a Nice refresher geared for Kentuckians.
Having to spend a certain amount of time in the course before it would let me access the test was somewhat galling. I understand the logic behind it, but the minimum time requirement was about an hour more than I needed to finish the content.

The essential life and health course was EXTREMELY long and I would recommended it to new agents. It was a good refresher to me as a 22 yr career agent. The booklet will be a good reference.
Something you might add is highlighting the word as the audio reads. That way, if you lose your place you can find your place much easier.

I feel that the requirement for an insurance agent to learn variable annuities unnessary. FINRA licenses are required for those products.
I liked the tutorials with "in-learning" practice questions and the example-based scenarios with explanation. Also really liked that with the practice questions, that the right answer (with explanation) was provided for adequate learning opportunity.

I struggled on one chapter so I repeated it's training. I was so so so happy to see I passed without missing any questions... I didn't do as well with the quizzes but I also went back and looked for the correct answers before moving on. This meant I learned it well.
The course was advertised for 5 hours. It took 6 hours to get through. Credit should be for 6 hours, not 5.
Too slow the system..
There were a few errors and typos and some of the material did not give enough examples in my opinion. I only deal normally with health-related benefits and worksite products so annuities/life was confusing.
Some of the questions on the test were not in the 21 chapters that I read before taking the exam.

I've used WebCE before and like your system. Here is my complaint. We are going at our own pace. If we take weeks to complete it, its hard to take a final exa and remember the content from week before. Why put a final exam if after every chapter when the info is fresh you have that quiz/exam? I suggest you remove the final exam. The chapter quizzes are proof that we have reviewed the entire content of the class.
The requirement of having a proctor delayed my ability to take the exams...I would like to see additional onsite options, I learn best in a group setting.
It was sort of difficult getting signed in, it would be nice if a different website was recommended for finding our license number.

The coordination of the CE course completion is rather vague when it comes to taking the final exam for each state. I had to wait more than two weeks to figure out how to take the Proctored exam test and still not getting a reply or assistance from Prometric which is supposed to partner with WebCE for contunuing eds

It was very informative. I greatly appreciated learning the origin of the term "underwriting." Something to fix: at the start of one of the pages, two distinct sentences were linked together in a way that wasn't immediately obvious because of the lack of a properly placed period. There needs to be a period placed at the end of the first sentence, and the first word of the following one needs to be capitalized.

Only one thing I can think of; If you could have the audio button moveable on the screen and larger. That way it could be more efficient to click on the PLAY button when auto-playing through the course.
Wish we didn't have to be logged on for the required time. Some material never changes and wish we could move on sooner

Some sites allow the user to increase the speed of audio/video. This can be highly useful in cases where content is generally already understood, but one would like a review of the topic.
I think longer pre-test would have been helpful as I found the final exam to be somewhat difficult. I could've used more prep without having to retake the entire course.

I had one video that would not load, but overall it was an excellent training.
Required time is silly. I know that it is likely a regulatory minimum (like drivers education), but I read faster than the AI voice and would be able to complete the course in 1/ 2 half the time. Also, the material in this TX 4-hour course is virtually identical to eth 4-hour course that I completed for CA less than 1-year ago. These should be transferable between states (where possible).
I liked the overall structure of the course content and illistrations, as one who struggles with visual affects do to ADHD I would like to see more efficiently explinations with less words, though this is a lengthy subject, there were obsticles I had to overcome the avg. Student doesn't struggle with. Still Solid course!

I just with the reading audio could be more realistic with its tones and nuances. I had to stop it several times and read the material over because I wasn't understanding the content sometimes.
This course helped me understand the subject material very clearly as well as providing continuing education credits.
Very user friendly and I really enjoyed how I could use this tool at my own pace.
Loved this type it allowed me to take the course at my pace, allowing me to stop and save when needed then start up again when I was ready to focus again.

In both courses, too much detail on the laws were given so I lost the overall purpose of the law and had to go back to make sure I knew that.

I took the annuities 4 hour course. there was an Altzheimer's interactive to click on different topics. When I clicked on them, nothing happened, so, I was unable to compare those with the age related issues.

the AI audio voice is very distracting--didn't use it. As most AI voiceovers currently do, it occasionally reads punctuation marks which is incredibly distracting from the couse material.

Making me consume 4 hours for this test was ridiculous. Super waste of my time as I had 92% of the course completed in 60 minutes. Also, it needs to be CLEAR that this course is for credit - why else would anyone take this course?

The reading of some of the program acronyms was too slow and robotic. It was distracting and took away from the rest of the course content because when the remainder of the sentence was read there was too long of a pause to make the content flow.

I noticed that the assessment includes a question regarding the home equity limit of a single Medicaid applicant using the outdated $500,000 threshold. Per the updated Florida Medicaid Long Term Care standards, effective January 1, 2026, the home equity interest limit for a single applicant has been increased to $752,000 to account for inflation and rising property values.
It is a bit confusing to figure out how many hours we have for the continuing education courses.

There is a reason why I have used WebCE for all of my insurance CE courses - because I am absolutely pleased and satisfied with its courses and the results that I have obtained from them!
I am a slow learner and the read it too me audio is too fast and the monotone of the voice was distracting and nearly put me to sleep. The voice needs to be more interesting without influencing the listeners thinking.

Statements that Fixed Indexed Annuities have a guaranteed interest rate which credits in down-market years is largely incorrect. Most FIA's credit Zero in those years...and the Guarantee only comes into play when comparing ultimate value at liquidation.

Your course was excellent however, for Texas, we actually had to wait the entire 4 hours or more to be able to finish. In all exams, some students usually finish before time. That I believe was excessive.

There was too much content for this particular section; I wold recommend breking it up into two sections. Tood much information to digest and keep track of and test out.
Some parts of this section had too much information and made it difficult to recall by the time I reached the practice questions.
I liked that when I accidentally left the completed screen wthout continuing that I didn't lose my place and was able to continue. Example: Somehow, when I advanced my screen for questions 21-25 the page disappeared. I was able to go back and hit continue and my selected answers were still marked for my previous questions 1-20. Phew! I liked being able to go at my own pace by either listening and reading along or reading ahead.
Maybe nothing can be done about this but I didn't really need all the required time to move on to the next course. Overall though, it was very good.
to much content for the VA product line as well as part of the testing. Should be another and seperate course. Many are not licensed to sell VA and thus the training is not applicable
They overall course was very comprehensive and especially transparent about the behind the scenes of how health care entities work together, their objectives and how they get reimbursed for services.
The only complaint I have is that the read it for me audio can be choppy at times making it hard to understand or follow.

It's better to add the contents about Roth annuities' taxation into the chapter of "Taxation of Annuitized Income". For example, does the lifetime income from a Roth annuity have to pay tax starting at some point or tax free for the lifetime?
The individual reading the "Read-to-me" can read NAIC easily but LTC and LTCI and every other acronym with great difficulty and quite frankly is annoying. I wanted to strangle the guy after hearing him read L T C in such a halting way the tenth time.
The time required to be logged into the material is much longer than the time it takes to review it

The AI reader is monotonous and outdated, particularly annoying when it read acronyms; extremely common in the content. There is very little to differentiate between concepts as it reads like a term paper. Main ideas and key take aways can have their very own slide.

I thought all information was excellent. I did have difficulty following the exclusion from income ratio and preferred a better (clearer) example of the computation. It took a while to figure out the formula shown.

The course was great and helped me pass the test. But Indiana's state requirement to have someone with you in person or virtually is ridiculous. This is a continuing ed course. The 20 minutes it took me to finish is a waste of time for someone else to monitor.

I don't see different in the material and test of different State annuity continuation class that Agent require to obtain.
Having to stay online for 6 1/2 hours is ridiculous. I finished the material in one hour and understood the content. It should allow me to take the exam. I scored a 96%.
I have used WebCE for over 20 years. I am not in agreement that all the material needed to be read before taking the final exam. If I know the material to pass the exam, why require a customer review all the material

I really liked the fact that when you return to start up again, it knows where you left off and has a "Resume" button to click. Testing is stressful enough, making it easy to get back in helps to reduce some of that stress.

Good information. To long the material. You should provide review of test if fail to go over wrong answer and to get the right answer after. A lotto web site do that and people look for quick, easy and waste time. You are losing business making it hard.
The word "annuity" was misspelled in one of the videos. Also, regarding the advantage of tax deferral, it is misleading and incorrect. Annuities specifically cause the gains to be taxed as ordinary income (marginal brackets) rates. An alternative investment option would cause the gains to most likely be taxed as capital gains rates, and even those are only upon selling of the specific holdings, so the comparative tax rate isn't even the full capital gains rate, nor is it annual. These examples are typical, misleading insurance wholesaler and agent sleeziness.

course was great. you have a lot of courses with the same name and descriptions and so selecting the correct course for my requirement was a bit confusing.
The audio read-to-me is a tad bit fast. I tried slowing it down a bit, but that was way too slow.
My only comment for improvement would be that a few of your questions on prior exam and this one seemed to be of personal opinion instead of a question being one of a material fact. If like I, you get frustrated because lack of complete understanding of circumstances and how that could change your option. So, make it more obvious with the exact question.

I like everything, except these two things: [1.] If want to start randomly any course you want to start you can not do that. First you have to finish 1, 2, and then 3th. You can not start 3th one before 1 and 2nd one. [ 2.] This is regarding Final Exam. AT the end of Exam there is not showing any review about correct answers. It just shows only how many you got wrongs. If no one knows what mistake he/she has made, then how he/she can correct it. or fix it before knowing the correct answers. If you could fix this problem. It would be awesome if you were credited the alloted time in the module for getting a 5/5 score or something like that where you are credited time for your good performance. It is silly to have to stay on the site if you finish early. Just plain silly
I was able to full complete the course in less time that the required course time, so I had to wait to finish submitting the work. I understand the reason behind the requirement, but there should be a way that we can still submit if we happen to work faster.
Some portions felt unnecessarily long, particularly auxiliary paragraphs that did not directly contribute pertinent information, however, the sections that directly covered topics felt concise and easily digestible

i had to stay in the course too long after went through the material. If I go through the material I should be able to take the test. instead I had to waste time which is unacceptable.,other course don't require that. that is a deal breaker!
On the top that shows how much of the training you have completed, it appears to not be based on how long each section is, just how many sections there are. If that is the case, please adjust that. To have one section take 1 minute and 27 seconds seem to be a similar completion rate as one that is 12 minutes skews the percent completed.

Read Aloud voice is out dated and monotone. I have worked with other courses that have instructors reading and sometimes presenting the information to us on video. More interactive multiple choice type mini "tests" or interactive videos within the coursework. I will say that if a producer is on a budget and needs CEs, this was hands down the best deal. The content is up to date and through.

Good program, but the review questions are far too easy considering the content covered in the program. I do not feel that the score I received is indicative of my understanding of the concepts discussed.

The material was good in the lessons themselves. I think the questions were far easier than a lot of the content in the lessons. I would encourage including some deeper questions AND adding the ability to retake the chapter review questions. The videos were a good include and would make for great descriptions of examples if more were incorporated into the program. Unfortunately, none of the interactive activities were operating for me (i was using Google Chrome). A lot of the diagrams that were provided weren't particularly helpful. Specifically the one illustrating the sub-accounts. That felt especially unnecessary.

Some of the materials were challenging to understand and be able to answer the questions. I am glad there were a lot of questions which made it easier to answer.

The course pays no attention to the number of credited hours. This course took much longer than 4 hours. This makes the course ridiculous.
in the State of Texas, you now have to meet a time rule- that should be noted.

Life and Health Insurance Essentials - it was a VERY LONG course to study. By the last chapter I was exhausted.

Due to Kansas 18 Hr. requirement the packages offered do not offer the proper course credits / packages that I need. Although I've used WebCE every CE term, this may be my last year. I might have to use another site to take my CE.
I found the amount of information during the time of instruction to be quite intense, although I learned a few facts I was unclear about before the coures. I felt the test was fair, especially in regard to the amount of information presented during the course.

I have never encountered the requirements for a proctor before. If I wanted to be inconvenienced with this concern, I would have went to a physical center to take my tests. It is extremely inconvenient given the strict criteria of not using someone in your family or in your own business practice. Very few people are left.

I did not like the fact that I had to spend a mandatory 6.40hrs in the material before I would be allowed to take the exam. I am familiar with the material and would not have needed all of that time.

To be completely honest, the Exam itself felt easier than the study materials. Questions were worded clearly, and I never felt like any of the questions were "got you" questions. Really wonderful job setting this up and making it easy for people to keep their licenses active. Thank you!

First, if this course was supposed to be a course on Regulation Best interest - why was over 2/3 of the course on annuities and didn't get to Regulation Best interest until the last 1/3. Honestly, I spent more time on the tax ramifications of an annuity. It could have been done with more consideration toward best behavior and serving clients with their best interest. Maddening.

I like how the course was easy to follow and how comprehensive it was, except for the appendices. However, the course was thorough and increased my knowledge about annuities.
The minimum required time compared to the actual material was excessive
As a former senior life underwriter I noticed a few incorrect and outdated questions. One that comes to mind is about the bodily systems and underwriter would not use to evaluate a risk. You said the answer was "skin" and I immediately thought "What about melanoma". Anyway, it can use some modernization.
I wish the course is much shorter! it is too long, actually. I am sorry to say that.

How many people just go through and answer the questions? I am here to learn not just fulfill a licensing requirement. This course duration being noted at so little time is disheartening. Not sure why I had to sit through 4 hours of content, when I was able to read thru it in 1.5 hours and already know the content inside and out. I'm quite disappointed that I was forced to waste additional working hours on this. I do understand that 4 hours is required - but this is a target number, some can get it done in two hours, others may need 5 hours. In my opinion, it's about understanding the content, not how long it took you.

I have been doing LTC for years and knew 80% of the information except the Texas portion. I wish I could have taken the exam after completing the entire course regardless of time as I was able to finish early. Yet I am sure its a Texas thing.

There was a lot of pages needed to take the exam, but I scored a 94 and therefore knew most of the material.
I just entered the Life insurance with Equis Financial and taking this course has so opened my eyes to the options that people just don't know about. More reason to desire to share opportunities with agents and clients

What could be more helpful would be to follow along with the reading out loud line by line then opening the interactive and practice questions automatically as well. The read it to me audio was a lifesaver while reading along: 10/10. Fix the auto start of audio, it worked probably less than 10% of the time. Also, save the user selected audio playback speed. That broke all the time as well.

It would seem that a great deal of the answers was not in the study lessons, I could not find them.

I was able to access and use Web CE on my phone and the audio was very helpful for studying. The interactives were hard to use on both the computer and the phone, but especially on the phone. The audio is hard to start on the phone but does fine on the computer.
The material change requiring the review of the course for over 4 hours is asinine . I will find a new CE vendor after this license renewal.

I DO like having a narrator read the content to me. However, your AI narrator is awkward. I could list dozens of examples where he got things very wrong. Whatever you paid for this AI deal, I'd narrate it for you for HALF of that. And read it with proper inflection. One exam question seemed to have no correct answer. The one regarding death benefit of an annuity for which the joint annuitants had received $50,000. $100k invested, grew to $235k. This four-hour course took WAAAAY longer than four hours to complete. Good information, but it should have had a higher value than four hours of CE credit.
The voice audio was helpful in keeping pace, but it was very robotic sounding.

This course does NOT take 4 hours to complete. I was able to pass the chapter exams in 15 minutes. I scored 100 on the final exam. In the meantime I spend 6 hours trying to keep the course live and open to get the 4 hours in. Ridiculous!
The material was complex. Some of the explanations of concepts were lacking. Some of the terms used were not properly defined. Took way longer than 4 hours to complete. Complicated subject matter.

The Alzheimer's interactive brochure did not work. I re-watch the entire section 3 times, even completely logging out and it still did not work. I finally moved on and hoped it would not show the course incomplete.

I was surprised that stretch non-qualified annuities were not covered
I am trying to be appointed to Equitrust. I was referred to this site and the NAIC bundle was available. I selected that bundle and was directed to select the other courses, which I did. I spent many hours on the NAIC bundle only to be told that I could not take the exam because I needed a certificate number from the CPB site, which I do not have. That bundle should not have been made available to me if I didn't have the certificate. That was very disappointing. It was a waste of many hours.

There were too many test. It would have been less time consuming to provide all the information, give an optional quick practice and have a test will all question at the end. This course was also very expensive. I even had to add a class just to get 2 more needed hours but actually paid for 4. Stop taking advantage of people. I have NO income.

Testing was very EASY!
It'd be very kind if you had a real person reading it aloud instead of the weird robot voice. The robot worked better for me than reading it myself, but just get someone to read it for real. The robot's inflection and literal approach is distracting.
The Proctor process is confusing... We thought we needed him to confirm email before...test.

Just going through the practice questions, I knew more than I thought. This was very easy. I usually prefer books, but this was easier and basic than I thought. After some practice questions, I knew more as this is common sense. Thank you very much for making this easier!! Appreciated it!
Some of the material about the annuities seemed to be very repetitive and it made the course feel much too long and tiresome. I would try to reduce the redundancy of some topics if possible or make the redundant topics more interactive to make it more engaging to avoid getting bored and annoyed with the material.
5 hour course took me 2.5 hours to complete the data; had to pass time...wait...review what I already knew. got a 96% on the test. This is a policy run by some states that needs to change. Whoever wrote this is either a really slow learner and very new to the industry/information. Ugh!
The time it takes to complete each quiz is too much. I wish you could skip the quizzes and go to the exam after you've read through the material.
Not everyone needs the audio. Perhaps a statement up front that the audio is optional for those who want it. But, reading the material and hitting the continue button at the bottom is also an acceptable way to take the course

I don't like that a person can't do all the courses/tests in one day. I liked being able to block my time and keep the topics top of mind...breaking it up over several days was wasteful as I had to go back and review before testing....
The 7-hour course should be broken down into 3.5 hours each. This will make it easier to understand because it's a lot of information to retain.
The Proctored policy is inconvenient.
The Health & Accident Insurance course excels with comprehensive content & exam alignment, but gaps in topics like credit disability and a text-heavy format without visuals need attention. Add missing sections & diagrams to enhance prep!

The subject matter was relevant to the course exam.
Honestly, it took me probably six plus hours to complete a four hour section. Some of it is to much in depth with taxation but I can understand why it's necessary.
Course spent way, way, way too much time on nonessential and unnecessary history of how LTC evolved. This could have been summarized in one or two pages. No one needs to know that to use the products.
Some missing pieces in the chapter guides. In chapter 6, during the quiz, the question regarding free-look was wrong. It is 30 days not 31 days, as shown as one of the answers. Plus, this 30 day window needs to be explained better, by saying when the FIRST day is. Is it the day of purchase? The day policy is dated? Is the first day the day AFTER? And when does the 30 days expire. is it at 11:59 PM on the 30th day counted after starting? The industry formal standard should have been expressed in the material.
I liked the tables and the course flowed.
Annuity section needs to be upgraded, no mention of Annuities with Living Benefit Riders or Investment Only VAs.

This course and the last course I took (Life and Health Essentials) , had pieces in the information that were missing. There were parts that said' ''PDF Exclude Start'' and '' PDF Exclude End''/ Also some blanks pages on the PDF or printed versions. More space needs to be provided for this field, in which comments are made, as well. Also for this course, it would have been a good idea to advise one needs a calculator. The last course I took, Life and Health essentials, never gave a screen to click for a survey nor for the certificate. This got pre-empted by the screen that asked if I wanted to see what questions I got wrong. On that last note, the screen that showed the questions that were wrong, it in fact did not show what was wrong and would have been the correct answer. it just showed the question and the possible answers. Finally, some work needs to be done with the voice doing the reading. It is fairly good, but with the subject matter, some parts need more appropriate intonation changes, some words are not pronounced correctly therefore the meaning is lost. And divisions between paragraphs and sections need to be made more obvious. More space needs to be provided for this comment section in this review. It is too small of a box.

The amount of time to complete this course was ridiculous. A total waste of my time. I was finished in an hour and a half and had to stay on an additional two hours to complete. Some of us read faster than others and I prefer to read rather than listen to audio. I had already taken the Florida 4 hour course just before this one so information was familiar. This absolutely ruined my evening.
When a question is incorrect, I'd like to be able to see the correct answer when I review my missed questions.

There was quite a bit of information in this one training session so for a new agent, it was a little overwhelming at first. However, the opportunity to self-pace go back and review the information presented was very helpful.

It was easy to tell that an AI voice was used for the narrating. Unfortunately, the articulation, inflections, and tonality of the presentation didn't keep me very interested in the information I needed to know. The presentation was simply too bland.

Content is great but as a new producer, the material takes about twice the amount of time as I am being given credit for. I am a tax professional so I have some background in the material but it still takes twice the amount of CPE time.

It needs to be updated the Medicare Part D rules are outdated. There is no more coverage gap and it mentions nothing of Medicares M3P program that was started in 2025.
This was an 8 credit hour course. It was excessively long and mundane for its purpose. Listening to the provided audio took well over 12 hours start to finish. The course included way too much information to be useful, learn and retain. This should be at least 2 courses, it not 3.
I wish there was more interactive in the training like the formulas the breakdown and why it's being used.....

The estimated times listed on the ten chapters only included the time it would take for the reading audio, not estimating how long it take to do all of the extra topic reviews, charts, and practice quizzes. Everything else was great!
I really enjoyed the ability to "save/exit". This aspect allowed me to take break and handle interruptions.
With the read to me option, it did not automaticallly start everytime even though I clicked the box.
I prefer to print out information and highlight and make notes as I go. These courses so far do not enable me to learn in my most efficient methodology.
I would recommend not using the word "obviously" throughout various chapters and explanations. While it might be to some, it wasn't for me in certain instances. I would also love to see more interactives and videos. Additionally, it was a little confusing to determine which package to choose for my state, since there were multiple and the descriptions were very similar.

Navigation system (UI) isn't very good or very clear as to what I was looking for. Course, I was a first-time user of this web site. Other than that, the content was excellent. Especially glad that there was an option to keep the audio off. I personally prefer reading and absorbing the material at my own pace.
Although not necessarily universal, I prefer this format over reading a pdf file.

This is not about the course, but about the continual overlap of CE materials. The only part of this course that was relevant were chapters 15 and 16. Everything else is covered in various courses.

I enjoyed the read-it-to-me aspect of the CE. But that needs to be optional. It started every slide. And I read ahead a lot and I continually had to pause the audio.
Informative but dense. It is possible to complete this course in four hours but, in doing so, one is not likely to retain much content. I would suggest adding additional quizzes and interactive learning opportunities to increase retention of content.
I think the the life and health CE course goes way too deep on the annuity section and on the life section. It felt like I was studying for my series 6 an 63 securities license at may points and the annuity course just too long and irrelevant to wat my specific licensing needs are. I found it useless and a waste of time and totally unnecessary . I al did not like one of the questions on my exam, (the only one I missed) that is not fair because the question is related to the FIFO laws that changed in 1982 yet the age of the person in the question does not specify what year she was born or how old she was when she invented in to the annuity. Please review that question!
Itis an affordable way to meet CE requirements... less time consuming and more convenient to complete online than attending a class.

Rather ridiculous that I read all material and completed all 80 questions and only missed one in far less than the required time, but I had to sit and let a timer run out to get credit. Not all people read and process information at the same rate. Waste of time.

It takes longer than suggested to complete the course (almost double the time).
The course was very well designed and easy to navigate, but the server threw several DNS errors that were frustrating to work through.
Well-written materials Right-sized information so as not to be overwhelming. Loved the quizzes at the conclusion of each chapter rather than following multiple chapters. Read-it-to-me audio is a tremendous retention tool. Loved it!

At the end of the exam and it shows how many you got right and wrong…It does not explain why some of the questions were grayed out and said N/A.
This course was very heavy on Individual Life and Annuities.
I have 21 years experience and finished the courses in half the "required" time. So I sat and let the read it to me play at low volume for 90 minutes. I passed the exams, many times with 100% but needed to let a voice play over the same material again and again. If you want me to spend more time, make the material longer or the exam longer. What is the point of time requirement during an exam?? I have not seen this before , ever and Its so stupid that I will endeavor to never take a web CE course again and will let as many colleagues know about this as possible!

should receive more credit hours. the material and the exam take much longer than the credit given.

I don't know how people can get through the amount of info in just 4 hours unless they already know the info or are skimming without really knowing the content. for me this should be an 8-hour credit.
Please state that this course is required for INITIAL certification. I took the 4 hour test because it states "meets MA LTC Requirement" but it only meets the requirement for ONGOING Education.
It would help if some reference from the course could be reviewed or available as a reminder to people in case they forget. Thanks ion advance.

Very clear instructions and the material was easy to follow. Really appreciated the ability to hear the content while reading it at the same time. This contributed to retention of the knowledge much greater for me.

I was done with the course after 2.5 hours. Having to stay on for 4 hours and 10 minutes was a ridiculous waste of time. I'm sure the time minimums are required by the state or something, but they're terrible!

The only reason why I wouldn't recommend it to anyone in general, is just... It's not like it's a tv show.... If they wanted to learn about LTC, I would offer this to them though, 100%.

I wish y'all would implement a search bar on the home page of the website. I had to google the full the course name followed by 'web ce' in order to get to the actual page to be able to buy/enroll in the course. I need to take the annuity training as well and I have NO IDEA which one I am supposed to do or how to find it because the format is very confusing. Literally everything else was AMAZING.

I liked how detailed the course was, however, I wished that about halfway through the course there was a part A of the exam and then a part B just so I could remember the material better.

Course content was excellent. This course seemed to have the timer working correctly, where the one I did right before this did not. However, there were still glitches. The final exam had 5 questions, reflected that I had all 5 correct and 0 wrong, yet I received a 91%. Definitely have work to do on your glitches.

The CT requirement that only allows you to take only up to 8 hours a day should be bold or highlighted! This is a new requirement and if you have a course less than 8 hours you can’t take a 4 hour and a 5 hour course in one day and you can’t take a 9 hour or more course in one day. It can now take up to 5 days to complete when you could do it in several less days .
Some of the read-it-to-me audio is not formatted to sound like natural speech, such as the end of formulas read as the beginning of sentences

Parts of it included lengthy and detailed information on products I will never use especially viaticals. I thought the study of those things was completely irrelevant to my business.
Web CE oversold me classes I did not need. Then I found today that I still have required classes that Web CE did not recommend. Very disappointing.
I am primarily interested in the hybrid LTC products which were not covered very well.

Well, none of us enjoy doing CE. I think you'll find that most if not all agents find it to be just an annoying chore. I dislike going over the same materials every time for the basic 24 hours. I wish there was more variety and different subjects. I also wish that the tests were a LOT easier and shorter. We absolutely do not have to be experts on this this to do our jobs. But I iiked the convenience of getting it all done in one course. Thanks.
The reading of the content is terrible. There is no grammitical inflection, thus very hard to stay focused.
After reading materials and completing the tests… I had to go back and sit in the modules to accrue time to meet the minimum. There could be vids with new info to listen to while meeting time requirements, rather than reviewing
This was my first WebCE course, and I have to say that it beats its competitors; this course was amazing! Very Well done!

I have been use WEBCE now for a while because I like the ease of the course but I don't like I can't slow the reader down to a moderate read instead a fast pace or a to slower pace.

The chapter exams really help me gauge how well I'm understanding the material and help prepare me for the final exam.
It was a little bit hard to initially find the course.
The taxation of early Roth distributions should be more comprehensive and differ somewhat from early distributions from a traditional IRA.
Health insurance laws are so complex, it was hard to remember all the different sections because I only deal in LTC policies & Medicare Supplement policies. It was well written and it was good to review and update myself. I can better assist clients
This a CE course, not initial training. I feel like got hit by a firehose of information. Way over the top for me. But then, I only sell Medicare.
More courses that actually pertain to my day-to-day job as a licensed agent @ a call center

Web CE is the most current material of any CE providers I have used. It makes it much easier to complete the exam when the material is current and accurate. Web CE will be my Go-to CE provider
It was easy to follow. The testing was matched to the items studied.
AI Questions were ambiguous... questions were oddly worded and obvious they were generated by an uneducated / non human / non insurance person
I liked the content of the course, but after almost 20 years holding this license, I was done in an hour, and had to stay in the course the full 3 hrs 20 minutes before I could be credited. I made a 100 on the exam, so I should not have to waste time to get credited for the course since I obviously know the material.
I appreciate the emails reminding me that my licensing is approaching expiration

I singed up for to CE package for my insurance license. I had no idea, because it was not made clear in the information, That I would have to listen to 24 hours of a computer reading the information to me and then take a test on the entire content. I do not have time to do all of this listening in such a short amount of time. If I spread it out I will likely not remember all of the content. It should be offered in sections so busy people can do one section at a time when they are able. Listening to the computer read content to me is the worst possible way to learn, It is mind numbing and mostly puts me to sleep.
I was satisfied with the knowledge I received after the courses.
Obviously the author is very smart, but I found sections to be too long and repetitive. The chapter tests and final are written in very clear, simple language; I think the course material should be the same.

I personally disliked the time frame aspect of the course, it can cause unwanted test anxiety.
On the missed answer review, it would help to have the same explanation as in the section sample question test.
It was hard to answer the questions because it's unsure if Web CE derived at the exam questions. If Web CE was just the source for offering the test, then I would highly recommend. However, if Web CE derived t the questions, then I would be less likely to recommend. The questions in my opinion were questions that are less likely addressed when talking with potential clients on a daily basis. Though the test questions may have been relevant, they were not practical in nature.

I feel that the format or volume of material was too much and took much more time to complete than it should have. With all the pauses, tests, diagrams, tables, etc., it took way longer than it was supposed to take.
It would be nice to have the ability to copy and paste in order to better search the chapter material while revisit the chapter while taking the exam portions.
Easy to use coarse , nice to be able to click thru to test if you already know materials - but again long time Agents do NOT need 24 hours of courses 80% are not relevant its a waste of time and money for the Agents . 5 hours would be more than enough. The Rules need to change

I couldn't recall once I was in the course how to start the automatic audio. It would be helpful to make this more visible.
While I really enjoyed the "read aloud" capability, I personally thought that it was a bit slow for my taste. I would have preferred the reader to do so a bit faster. Otherwise, this was a terrific course.
I liked that one could return to the course and pick up from where they left of. I also liked that I could pause and reread without there being a timed-out where I would need to log in again. The timed-out was only when I left the program for too long. The "Read-it-to-me" feature would be appreciated by some people I know as that is something they are comfortable with.

The price was my primary motivation to take the course. However, the information was very easy to follow and text material will be a great resource/reference guide. It would be great to add a glossary.
I do not like that you changed your menu. I like ordering individual CE to learn from. It was also difficult to find courses to take this time.

I think some of the information covered in this course is outside of the scope of a regular life and health insurance producer.
This annuity training is the best training I have ever done in annuities in the past 16 years.
Chapters that include examples for the content covered are more helpful especially for more complicated topics.
The examples were very helpful, especially any sections with calculations.
- Number chapters in the table of contents. - Add Review Questions and a Quiz at the end of each chapter. - Add an Index. - Add a Glossary. - Include more examples throughout the text.
Chapter 9, health and accident insurance examQ2- How long can an insured who has a STD plan expect to be paid benefits? The answer you use is 6 months. I sell it with Washington National supplemental accident policies and we have a 12 month benefit duration. Then on Q3- I chose 2 years, as 1 year was not an option. not choice, Again you made 6 months as the proper choice. Due to these errors, I failed the test. Please correct your trainings so this is better.
THE QUESTIONS IN THE QUIZ SHOULD BE QUESTIONS IN THE FINAL TEST
There was a question here that wanted me to answer how much an annually income would be taxable. The module just tells you the total amount of what it would be WITHOUT showing the formula of how to find what the total amount number would be taxable. This can be found on question 4. Even the answer does not show how to get the total tax amount. It just tells you what it is without explaining HOW to get it.
I enjoyed the audio and the interactive videos. I also enjoyed having an exam at the end of each section to summarize that portion instead of a longer exam at the end. I felt I was more engaged and less anxious with not having to look forward to an extensive overvall exam at the end.

In the sample knowledge test questions, at first it was not obvious that there would be a popup to move to the next sample question, i.e. it appeared that there was only one question in the particular area of training, at first. It wasn't until in later sample questions I inadvertently moved my mouse over the question area that it instructed me that there were more questions. Consequently, I had to go back to the previous study material to get the additional questions. You should just have an arrow, or something else, under the first question, that always shows.
Explain that the tests need to be proctored, and WHO can (and can't) be a proctor, BEFORE purchasing the classes.
It would be very helpful if Summary can be added more contents.

The course was somewhat redundant. Decreasing term questions shoud be eliminated from any study material. Companies don't offer Decreasing Term these days.
The name of the course was confusing. I thought it was a life and health course that included ethics as a separate course, but it was pne course that had ethics as the main component.

In regard to a previous user's rating of this courses he claimed that some info was not discussed in the chapters so he didn't know the correct answers! And i can see why coz i encountered the same issue... but noticed as i was navigating thru the exam & i would got back a page or 2 to make sure i understood everything & i would try to go back to where i was before in the course the system seemed to skip a couple of pages of the training... were it not for my notes on the Best Interest Elements 1-4 when going back a couple of pages i would not have noticed! Sytem went from #1 to #3 & skipped element #2!

This course was 5 hours and should have be 3 or 4 hours. It was somewhat DEFECTIVE in that I was done in 3-4 hours and had to go thru the course again in order to accumulate the additional time needed before being allowed to Tale the Exam - Look into this Operational Defect and FIX IT
one thing that is hard for me - although I still appreciate the audio - is the AI inflection is not often accurate, and it threw off my concentration

Course material was excellent and clearly helped me to see what i will need to review with a more experienced agent/producer before making annuity recommendations to a client based on their consumer profile.
The read it to me audio was not a natural flow with emphasis on the correct syllables and words. It could be improved.
Like most tests of this sort, there are a few questions that provide answers that are not completely accurate or too vague. When it comes to tests, the wording of questions and answers needs to be 100% literal, not allowing for ambiguity.
It was very educational and made learning easy.
Appreciated that the knowledge check quizzes where adjacent to the topic covered.

It took longer than the 4 credit hours to get through the material. While there is a lot of information to cover, it's discouraging to get 4 hours of credit for something that took 5 or more hours to get through.
I am usually a good test taker as I know my material. You had questions on the exam that were not in the material. I know because I went back and looked at several questions I could remember that i know missed and it was not in the material
would be great if when you clicked on the chapter links during the test that they would bring you to the specific content you are looking for.

I felt I had to spend lots of time (2+ times taking the course), mostly because medical insurance, disability insurance and ACA are not my field and I am not familiar with them. My only complaint with this CE course is that it was a bit too comprehensive in too many categories. I had a lot of overlap with medicare/health insurance subjects in this course. Perhaps a more clear title on the course would be beneficial as it seems to dive deeper than just "basics" of life and health.

The course design with the multiple chances to take quizzes help the learner master the needed content.
There were a couple times when listening to the audio another random audio started playing too. This occurred during another course as well. You might want to look into that issue.
As I answered earlier today for my Annuities test: The information reinforced what I learned in my recent Life, Health, and Medicare/LTC ExamFX and XCEL prep courses and the exam themselves. The large font was especially helpful for me. While I chose to read aloud to myself, I know others who would benefit from the audio portion.
I have just take my Health and Medicare state exams, and my Life exam not too long ago. All of the info in this course reinforced what I learned studying for those exams and introduced me to new topics that were easy to understand. The large font was helpful to me. While I learn best by reading aloud to myself, I know people who would benefit from the audio option.
I think that having the 17 hour course split in half would be more beneficial.

I asked for a simple short test. It took 3 hours to go thru the preview to justify a short 50 answer questions.

Easy to understand
it is obvious that the voice is computer generated. Simple words are mispronounced and the pauses or emphasis on words is awkward.

The questions are written in a way that the grammar is poor.
The reader is pretty bad. While it is a nice feature, the inflection and tone is often misleading and presents the information wrongly due to its inflection (or lack thereof). It would be nice to incorporate more visual representations and examples.

All courses were bundled into one. No way to know or get credit for completing a chapter. Absolutely the worst format.

I was offered these courses thru my E & O insurance provider for FREE, but the website was confusing, the course content was poorly presented & displayed, NO pictures, NO sound, just information poorly displayed; and you had to go thru All the information to access the test! Your team of agents are Awesome, Jose showed me much patience & kindness, I was more than willing to pay the $73 that I really couldn't afford it; but it was well worth the Sacrifice!!! p.s. I soooo Love, Love, Love your hours of operations, especially being opened late, and on the weekend, where I could speak to a live person. Praise the Lord!!!

For illinois, I would recommend the basic health insurance course and CE credit be more easily and readily findable on the website. Basic health + Ethics course is not easily identifiable when shopping for CE courses. I was initially very confused about which course package to buy because the website pushed primarily the life and health insurance package when browsing & i reluctantly ede dup choosing it due to the inclusion of the mandatory ethics course already being included in the bundle. If the same was offered for health insurance only (bundle package), I would have been able to get through this leg of the process much easier and faster. The inventory selection is muddled and a bit unclear, which led me to making an unecessary purchase.

In discussing the penalty that employers will be subject to if their plans are not "Affordable" and the employee gets a premium subsidy on the Exchange, the information does not state whether these penalties are monthly, or annually. Also, in counting the number of employees (to determine the amount of the penalties), is it employees in each month, previous year or other?
The study content does not always correlate to the test questions.

This course took literally all day to complete. It was filled with information not required to meet life/health competency goals. Much of the time consuming course study was irrelevant.

The search bar on the course helper is good but would be more useful if when it found the key word you click the button and it takes you to each word like in Microsoft Word. Also, I see the ability to save the test. However, I vaguely remember even after you save it you have to start all over so would be nice to prevent that, just pick back where you left off. Also, would be nice if the test was shorter or broken up in increments so you don't have to do it in one setting. Thorough training.

you're showing Medicare Plan G max out of pocket at over $7,000. Not true! Plan G has a deductible of $240 (Part B premium) and that's also the max out of pocket as long as those are Medicare approved expenses. You need to fix that.

The printed text material and the online content was NOT identical.
There were multiple sections where information was unnecessarily repeated, almost ver batim, to the point where I briefly thought I may have mis-clicked and was rereading a completed section.
WebCE exceeding my expectations in delivering relevent content to me during the completion of my insurance continuing education courses. Also, I was particularly pleased that WebCE saved my progress and I was able to resume the course where I left off after being interupted by a power outage caused by a passing storm.
I would have liked more help figuring out the math, as I had trouble with the questions that needed math to answer.

There needs to be a tool that defines certain words since there are words and concepts stated that might need clarification. More examples needed in the course content BEFORE the practice questions. Read-it-to-me voice is terrible and robotic.
This course is way too long! I understand that your organization is trying to make this cost effective by bundling courses together, but at the same time courses need to be manageable as far as the time needed to complete the course. Maybe it would be better to offer more shorter courses at a more economical rate, thank you.

The Read-to-Me I found to move a little quickly, thereby resulting in lack of retention. I had to turn it off so I could go at my own pace and reread confusing parts or those that I thought would require extra time.

There is very little emphasis on the fact that Medicaid does not cover long term care expenses for most people outside of a Nursing Facility setting, so home care assisted living care and memory care for most is self-pay.
The majority of the product was very well done. I found it t be very flexible in navigating based on my needs and daily schedule outside the course.
Speeding up the read-a-long was helpful to decrease the amount of time to complete. COULD you HIGHLIGHT as the content is read? That would HELP follow, find and pacing. Thank you!
One thing that may improve the audio is having a recording of a person deliberately reading the content. Sometimes the program reading the words will mistake two words that are spelled the same and pronounce something incorrectly or otherwise make small errors an actual person normally would not.
The material was, more concise, and laid out in a fashion that was easier to understand than previous courses
The audio was not read by a living person. It was AI or some other device. The pronunciation and diction were annoying and hurt my ears. I would have preferred a professional read the content.
My only regret is that I was unaware that I needed the 8 hour course instead of the 4 hour course. I initially purchased the 4 hour course only to find out that I actually needed the 8 hour course.

Dislike: This is a 4 hour credit course. The content does not accurately correlate to the time it takes to complete the course. The time to complete the course is more than 2 hours longer, hence, the 4 hours state credits are a misrepresentation of the time it takes to complete the course...

Your course writer makes some assumptions about life insurance that may not always be the case, as it seems that there is a prejudice for newer and untested products like indexed LI and annuities that depend on the purchase of options and require insurance carriers to take on a lot more risk than other products. This course should be broken up into sectional tests, similar to the Universal Life Course. The test itself is waaaaaay too long.

In reviewing the questions I missed on that final test, the answers displayed were confusing to me. If I read the grade sheet correctly, I missed two questions out of 75, yet four questions were displayed. I was unable to decipher what was the incorrect answers I gave and what the correct answers are. So the review not at all helpful to me.

I was referred to WebCE. For years, I was taking my training courses on ExamFX but this is by far the best. I'm not the fastest reader in the world so the audio read alone helped me greatly. You've just gained a lifelong customer! Highly Recommended!!!
It was difficult to determine which classes were CLEQ. Not intuitive.
Content was good. Pre test questions were a good review of material just learned. I relearned things I had forgotten from my original licensing.
Time it took to complete this is longer than 6 hours.
The only issue I had was the Monitoring of the exam, why Monitor a closed book exam?
The monitoring process is more difficult than the study or the test. Figuring that out took longer than the course.
LIMIT THE NUMBER OF QUESTIONS TO AT MOST 5 FOR EACH CHAPTER SINCE THERE ARE MANY CHAPTERS. 5X16=80 QUESTIONS SHOULD BE ENOUGH. MANY CHAPTERS HAVE BETWEEN 7 AND 10 QUESTIONS. THANK YOU, WEBCE

I like about this course is the way it was structure simple and understandable
The read to me voice was so hard to understand because it was a robotic cadence, and not easy to listen to. It didn't work for me. I would've prefered something else.
This 4 hour course actually takes longer than 4 hrs ??

This course did not prepare you for the exam at all, would suggest adding more modules.

this course was to long the test too long .I used to like webce but this course was the worst I could not find the answers. The test stress me out. i have to find something easier I'm getting older, and the content was too much it needs to be shorter all were doing is renewing our license.
more visual aids to make it more interesting and understandable would help
I think that the policy about not being able to copy some information such as formulas with which a person is not familiar needs to be changed - especially since questions on them are included in the exam.
I wish I could have reviewed what I got incorrect.
I would love to see these courses in an audio visual format like the ethics presentation, or like the prelicensing class. I do not learn as well reading as I do watching and listening. Please make this an option.

I wish there were videos and animations. The classes are not dynamic enough, especially when completing multiple credits/hours at once.
This course took much longer than anticipated. Should be worth more than 4 hours of CE.
The "reader" reads words incorrectly, pauses weird, it's kind of a distraction to listen to. I ended up reading it myself.

This was a very good course. It kept my attention and reminded me of things that are important. I do think the test bank for some of the quiz questions at the end of each section is not entirely accurate though. It seemed that at times there would be a question in a section that did not relate to the material of that chapter, but related to a previous or future chapter. I don't mind being quizzed on something from a previous section, but it's not prudent to have a quiz question is a section from future material not yet covered. Please have someone review the test bank to ensure the questions appear where they should.

I really like the audio feature but both my coursed had times where the video froze and I had to read it.
The autoplay feature didn't work. Annoying to always change the setting for speed of play for every individual section. The audio play buttons didn't always work well.

On the Taxes section providing more videos with actual examples would help more.
I liked the ability to complete a few chapters and then return to complete later. Also liked the exams at the end of each chapter. Thank you!

This was said to be a four hour annuity training course. This course takes about 6 to 8 hours to complete. Thus, you should provide more than four credit hours for this annuity training course.
There were several moments that the audio went out and it wasn't paused. I just kept reading.

I liked the content format. Segments were broken down into clear and understandable portions.
The final exam should have text to speach to be ADA compliant even the iPad was not able to highlight speech to text I suspect is Webb City back in security preventing this measure. Thus Web see you should speak to text option for the final exam to maintain ADA compliance.
The basic logistics of 16 chapters in 4 hrs comes out to 15 minutes per section which is essentially logistically impossible unless you are zipping through every single quiz without having to read or reference a single page of material. This course clearly should be a 6 hr CE credit course. I've breezed through far more comprehensive certifications and classes in far less time than I spent on this.
Determining that WEBCE and or related competitors was not easy to determine when I was researching for testing requirements.
I like how you can see which questions you answered wrong on the test. It would be beneficial at the end of the exam if you could see what the correct answer would have been, not just that you got it wrong.
This course was way too long and complex for the hours of CE it gives.

The health insurance portion was a bit tedious. This final exam not up to the standards of others I've taken from WebCE. Duplicate questions, poorly worded questions, and questions of minimal importance.
This course was organized well and explained things clearly...it was not innundated with code/endorsements and such...
Content a bit redundant in some places and wording not easy to follow. Less text and more examples would be more helpful in understanding the concepts in this course.

The content was not enough to fill 5 hours of course work.
The section of the course (I believe section 5) that talked about taxation of an annuity after death, kept stating that it was after the death of the contract OWNER. I was confused by this and wasn't sure if the same rules apply in the death of the ANNUITANT. I think this portion should be corrected or revised to further explain under the differences in taxation to the beneficiary when the OWNER dies vs when the ANNITANT dies.
The content of this course again seems to be excessively detailed.
Won't know the answers to some of these questions until it's confirmed the courses meet the CE requirements and are accepted.
Great refresher
I loved being able to read at my own pace, and change the playback speed on the videos. I also felt that all the "mini-quizzes" and end-of-chapter quizzes were extremely helpful to make sure I had absorbed what I read. This has been probably my best CE experience in the past five years.
At the end, before I submitted for grading, I did not receive a warning that I had 'unanswered questions'. Upon reviewing my incorrect answers (only 3), one was unanswered and counted against me. The unanswered question: What is the first step in underwriting process? The program did not alert me, as each of the previous exams taken (I have completed 11 modules/classes/exams in the past month) .... they have shown an alert after clicking 'grade exam' 'you have no unanswered questions... proceed...' That is not only unfair, it gives me a lower score. The alert isn't operating properly. FYI
Why the $1 filing fee for Insurance reporting vs. the $1.25 filing fee for the CFP? Is it that much harder to report to the CFP vs. all of the state's insurance departments? Seems like one filing fee would suffice.

I opened the test before finishing studying, my mistake but had to just take the test because the content locked.
I kind of wish I had taken the 1-credit Best Interest annuity update course instead of the full Annuity Suitability course, but I needed the CE credits for other purposes in addition to the state insurance requirements.
Testing should be short quizzes showing wrong and right answers —Final test the same way, we need to know the wrong answers, and learn from our mistakes, need to incluid video lectures, boring reading and reading

The voice for the read to me audio was HORRIBLE! I couldn't listen to him, so I just read everything.
questions are vague and can be misinterpreted e.g. medicare type A or B for hip fracture - this is often an inpatient procedure. Bad choice for a Medicare question. wrong answers in final quiz are shown but correct answers and explanations are not shown. wrong answers were generally the result of inexact explanations in the text. The final quiz should hyperlink back to the section from which the answer derives to complete the circle of learning. thanks.

End of chapter questions were not helpful to the understanding of what was presented
I received an email from the Kansas Insurance Department on behalf of the NAIC, notifying me of the requirement for this continuing ed requirement. I researched the course that would satisfy this requirement and they gave me a name and course number for WebCE; however, when I went on the WebCE website, I couldn't search for the course by course number--only by name. I would have liked to see both the course name and number to ensure that I purchased the correct training.

when taking the exam. it only shows you the wrong answers after you pass the exam. it should show the mistakes you make when you fail so you know what ones you need to study

Very thorough. The course simplified in the best way possible a very complex subject which I still had to read and reread.

Choosing the right lesson is bit difficult on the web
Would like more examples of annuity situations with the formulas etc... to further understand and how to calculate them. This would help show the customer how the annuity works.
I didn't like that when I answered questions incorrectly, it didn't show me why the other answer was correct. Other than that, I thought the course was very good.
Computer generated voice is unnecessary. Clearly shows a desire to profit more than teach. With these prices, surely having someone voice the text is possible. If I do NOT use WebCE, this will be the #1 reason.
I think this "4 CE Hour credit" course took me quite a bit longer than 4 hours!

Very good learning material and reason I will continue to use Sure LC is the easy of navigating and great learning material.
Thought that there was way too much information in the course for what is really required. Repetitive pieces made it longer to complete. Test was simpler than expected based on the complexity of the information in the course.
Ch. 9 "Annuity Charges and "Fees" has a misleading typo in Question 2. The question listed the word "accessed" instead of "assessed."

I like pdf or printable formats to study over looking at the laptop screen for hours.
Small thing.. but it was WONDERFUL to be able to play the video and have it read to me at 2x the normal speed... that was a massive help!
This course was good however you could add more content and info. I actually was ready to take the exam in 2 hours.
The course was lengthy but easy to follow. My internet connect disconnected four times while I was completing this course.
This was not a 4 hour course. Maybe revise it to be at least a 6 hour course.
