Course completions are reported to the North Carolina Real Estate Commission, every business day.
Exam Requirements:
Distance Education courses do not have a final exam and must be completed by passing each end of chapter quiz.

Please Note: ALL CE COURSES MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE ORDER DATE OR BY JUNE 10TH, WHICHEVER IS SOONER. Continuing education must be completed each year between July 1 and June 10. Per the NC REC, CE providers are not permitted to offer courses between June 11 and June 30 of each year to allow time for the Commission to process completion reports.

What are the Real Estate Continuing Education requirements for North Carolina?

Note: Provisional brokers must complete 90 hours of post-licensing courses within 18 months of initial licensure. WebCE does not currently offer post-licensing courses for North Carolina.

Can Real Estate CE courses be repeated?
Continuing Education courses may be taken only once for continuing education credit within a single license period.
Can Real Estate CE course hours carry over to the next renewal cycle?
Only 4 elective credit hours may be carried forward to the next license period if no portion of the credit hours for the course were applied toward the CE requirement for the current license period. Thus, carry-over credit may be granted for extra elective courses taken, but not for extra hours in one course.
What is the North Carolina Real Estate license renewal process?
Continuing education must be completed each year between July 1 and June 10.

What are the WebCE North Carolina Real Estate CE course requirements?
WebCE courses are classified as distance education courses.
Students must read the course material and answer each set of end-of-chapter quizzes with a score of at least 60 percent.
If the end-of-chapter quiz is not passed on the first attempt, students have an unlimited number of retakes.
What is the access period for WebCE North Carolina Real Estate CE courses?
STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE COURSES WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE DATE OF REGISTRATION OR BY June 10th, WHICHEVER IS EARLIER.
Providers are not permitted to offer courses for CE credit between June 11 and June 30 of each year.
