When does Georgia Real Estate Post Licensing Education have to be completed?

Newly licensed salespersons must complete the Postlicensing requirement within their first year of licensure. Note: The course also counts as 9 hours towards fulfilling the continuing education credit.

What are the WebCE Georgia Real Estate Post Licensing Education course requirements?

  • WebCE courses are classified as distance education courses.
  • Students must read the course material and answer each set of end-of-chapter quizzes with a score of at least 60 percent before taking a monitored final exam.
  • Exam passing score: 75%
NOTE: If the final exam is not passed on the first attempt, students may retake the exam one time. After the first failed examination attempt, students may not retake the exam until the following day. Please reach out to WebCE customer service at 877-488-9308 to authorize a second exam attempt. If a passing score is not achieved on the retake exam, the student must repeat the entire course (at no cost) to take another exam.

If a salesperson is a non-resident who has successfully completed in his or her state of residence a post-license course substantially similar to Georgia's Salespersons Post-license Course prior to the issuance of a Georgia salesperson's license (or in the first year after being issued such a license), then such course shall be deemed to have met the requirements of O.C.G.A. Section 43-40-8(d).
